The directorate o Sabaragamuwa Fertilizers (Pvt) Ltd. is made up of some of Sri Lanka's veterans in the fertilizer industry. Ajith Jayasundara, a founder member of the company who functions as the Managing Director possesses over 25 years of hands on experience in the fertilizer and agro chemical trade and has been instrumental in steering Sabaragamuwa Fertilizers to become one of the leading companies in the fertilizer and agro chemical industry in Sri Lanka within a span of just ten years.

Sujeewa De Silva, another founder member functions as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all operational aspects of the company. Sujeewa who holds a Diploma in Agriculture has been involved in the fertilizer and agro chemical industry for over 22 years and has served in many local and multi-national organizations prior to his present role.

Mahinda Hewakottage is among the country's top ten dealers of fertilizer and agro chemicals and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of fertilizer marketing and distribution which he has gained through over 25 years of hands-on operations in the industry.

Erol Rathnayeka who also possesses over 25 years of experience in the fertilizer and agro chemical industry is another reputed dealer who is among the country's top ten dealers of fertilizer and agro chemical related products. Erol has also been involved with the company since its inception and has contributed immensely towards the growth of the company.

Nayana Weerasinghe who joined the company's directorate recently is an ex-banker who possesses over twenty years of experience in banking and financial management. Equipped with sound educational and professional qualifications, Nayana oversees the company's new projects and guides the directorate on prudent investment and financial management decisions.
